WHEN WILL ORDERS SHIP?
Please allow 3-14 business days for processing and production time. Certain items will ship out within 3 days while others will take longer depending on the popularity and demand. We are working closely with our global partners to ensure that each item is processed within a specified time.HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Average transit times to the United States: 3-12 Business days
- Average transit times to International: 14-25 Business days
There are shipping delays that make be out of our control (inclement weather, COVID 19 Delays, natural disasters, holidays, etc). Most packages will arrive on time, however, some packages can be delayed by the carrier. For this reason, we do not place a guarantee on exact delivery time. Shipping delays are the responsibility of the shipping company.
HOW WILL ORDERS ARRIVE?
Nezuri has global partners and some items make arrive directly from our partners or from our various fulfillment centers around the US. This will cause some orders to be shipped separately and to arrive at different times.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking is provided for each order. Once your item is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address provided. We provide tracking for every order. As previously noted, items may be shipped from different global fullfillment centers, therefore you may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.
CAN ORDERS BE CANCELLED?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. There is no penalty applied for cancellation. Please email email@example.com for any issues with cancellations.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email up at firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to your order confirmation emails. Address corrections can be made with 24 hours of order creation.
